When you use our quote form, we collect the details you enter:

• • Your name and phone number (required so we can follow up)
• • Your email, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• • Your ZIP code or area, so we can confirm we serve your location
• • A description of what needs to be removed and your preferred timing
• • Any additional notes you add
• • Photos of the items, if you choose to upload them (optional)

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, give you an upfront price, and schedule or coordinate service if you decide to book. We may follow up with you by phone, text, or email about your request. We do not sell your information. We share details with the service providers listed below only as needed to operate the form and deliver your request to our team.

This website and the quote form are hosted on the Base44 platform. When you submit the form, your details are stored in that platform's database and an email notification is sent to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider. Online estimate booking is provided by Google Calendar, and any details you enter there are handled by Google under its own terms.

Photos you upload are stored by the hosting platform at a link our team uses to view and price your job. That link can also be opened by anyone who has it, so please don't upload anything you wouldn't want shared.

The hosting platform may also log basic technical data (such as browser type and request times) as part of operating the site. We do not add our own advertising or tracking pixels to this site.

Your choices

You're welcome to call or text us instead of using the form, and you can leave any optional field blank. If you'd like to ask what we have on file from a previous request, contact us using the details below.
